Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Site Merchandising & Curation: Curate On-Site Experiences: Drive engagement and sales by curating cross-category product listing pages (PLPs) that blend merchant strategies, customer analytics, and Bergdorf Goodman’s distinct aesthetic.
  • Manage Product Life Cycles: Follow new products from item creation through launch and marketing inclusion, keeping a close pulse on product life cycles to ensure seamless storytelling.
  • Monitor Inventory Levels: Monitor and adjust product merchandising placements based on availability and sales velocity.
  • Execute Digital Journeys: Build, test, and optimize customer experiences for marketing campaigns, brand launches, and promotions to drive traffic and revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Category Growth, Buying, Marketing, and Creative teams on content updates and maintain visibility for digital enhancements.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Analytics & Insights: Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports tracking site health, merchandising effectiveness, and navigation performance.
  • Event Recaps: Analyze KPIs against benchmarks to deliver post-event recaps and actionable optimizations.
  • Quarterly Site Turnovers: Analyze past quarters to inform future navigation, content and merchandising strategies.
  • Site Optimization & Process Improvement: Troubleshooting: Partner with cross-functional teams to audit, identify, and resolve navigational errors, broken links, or configuration issues.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor luxury retail competitors for UX, merchandising, and promotional trends.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in eCommerce, digital retail, or luxury fashion; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field; Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; exceptional organizational ability.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Adobe Analytics).
