Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Firm’s CRM ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of the data with a particular focus on top client records.
  • Leverage the ERM system to identify, validate, and enrich CRM data, ensuring up-to-date and actionable information.
  • Maintain quality standards by establishing a cadence and conducting regular audits and data cleansing activities.
  • Conduct targeted research on executive moves and organizational changes at client and target companies using a variety of sources, identifying significant executive roles and providing reporting to the appropriate attorneys and/or Business Development teams.
  • Update CRM records promptly to reflect key personnel changes and ensure the firm’s client intelligence is current and reliable.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Technology and Business Development teams to generate targeted lists and reports for campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Design and create reports for CRM users to access and manipulate on their own.
  • Support and aid in the development and execution of data-driven marketing and business development strategies.
  • Act as first point of contact for Business Development and Marketing CRM users, providing guidance and best practices to maximize system adoption and data quality.
  • Act as a CRM subject matter expert, troubleshooting user issues and concerns, escalating when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (InterAction strongly preferred) and experience with ERM platforms.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize and validate information from multiple sources.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a client service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data reporting tools.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to facilitate working relationships with others.
  • Ability to administer Firm policies and procedures.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and delegate effectively.
