Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Draft and distribute external communication assets, including press releases, media pitches, media alerts and executive bios.
  • Support executive thought leadership programs by drafting LinkedIn posts, identifying speaking opportunities, and coordinating submissions.
  • Manage day-to-day media inquiries, coordinate interview logistics, and prepare briefing documents for spokespeople.
  • Maintain media lists, monitor industry coverage, and build comprehensive reports analyzing PR impact and reach metrics.
  • Review, vet and support coordination of speaking and endorsement requests from employees to ensure opportunities align with company priorities.
  • Coordinate logistics for media events, speaking engagements and connects between reporters and leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal communications and brand marketing teams to align external narratives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications, preferably in luxury retail or customer-centric sectors. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of pitching stories to media, managing press lists, and building relationships with key journalists.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on press releases, media pitches, executive briefing documents, and corporate social media copy.
  • Very detail-oriented and organized to support team priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.

Preferred

  • Agency experience is a plus.
