Specialist, Affiliate Operations

Responsibilities

• Executes channel marketing activities and manages partner engagement by developing marketing collateral, coordinating product launch logistics, and tracking the effectiveness of partner campaigns.
• Maintains regular communication with channel contacts, collects feedback from partners, and prepares reports on campaign results for strategic evaluation.
• Updates partner portals, coordinates training sessions, and ensures all materials meet brand and compliance standards to support successful channel marketing initiatives.
• The Manager, Affiliate Operations & Compliance is responsible for the operational management, reporting, governance, and compliance oversight of McAfee's affiliate marketing program.
• This role serves as the internal subject matter expert for program policies, processes, reporting frameworks, platform administration, and publisher compliance management.
• The ideal candidate combines operational excellence, analytical rigor, project management expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the affiliate program operates efficiently, compliantly, and at scale.
