Job Summary

Own and optimize the Ford Special Vehicle Registry ecosystem from registrations to back-end ops, with event-driven growth and community storytelling at the center.

  • Manage program ownership: oversee registrations, image approvals, and site maintenance across events and clubs.
  • Grow and engage the community: events, social outreach, owner features, newsletters, and campaigns with Campbell Digital Solutions on backend workflows.
  • Measure and iterate: weekly growth reporting, strategic growth initiatives, and cross-team planning with stakeholder sessions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Management of the Ford Special Vehicle Registry program and website:
  • Review/approve user registrations and submitted vehicle images, edit images as needed
  • Promote site by attending Mustang shows and events, reaching out to clubs on social media, and making live and online presentations
  • Support community storytelling initiatives, including owner features, event coverage and enthusiast content
  • Coordinate newsletter and email marketing communications to support community engagement and program growth
  • Develop additional strategies for continued growth of the site
  • Generate weekly status reports covering site growth and event results
  • Coordinate agendas, meetings and select client planning sessions
  • Work closely with Campbell Digital Solutions team to optimize back-end operations of the site
  • Support the Mustang Enthusiast Communications and Outreach Specialist by carrying out Mustang club and event information updates on the Ford Performance Club Connect website.
  • Adhere to ISO 9001 and all other company policies, procedures and processes.
  • Additional Duties May Include:
  • Assist account staff with research, planning and implementation of client activities and projects.
  • Support additional Campbell events.

Requirements

  • College degree (Bachelor’s) or in the process of obtaining one
  • Automotive market and vehicle line knowledge, with an emphasis on Mustang and other high-performance and collectible vehicles
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and writing skills
  • Website content management and general computer skills—PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Extensive social media knowledge and experience
  • Ability to interact comfortably with event attendees and speak to an audience
  • Light-to-medium travel required (8 – 12 events per year), including some weekend and evening hours
  • A valid driver’s license and clear driving record are required.

Preferred

  • Experience with website content management systems, social media platforms, and event coordination is strongly preferred.
