Job Summary

Own the end‑to‑end stewardship of a major automotive enthusiast site, driving growth and engagement through site operations, events, and storytelling while coordinating with an external services partner and maintaining ISO 9001 standards.

  • Back‑end site operations and content quality: optimize registrations, image reviews, and CMS workflows with Campbell Digital Solutions.
  • Community growth through events and outreach: represent the program at Mustang shows, clubs, and live/online presentations to expand the audience.
  • Content strategy and communications: lead owner features, event coverage, newsletters, and updates to sustain engagement and program momentum.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate back-end site operations with Campbell Digital Solutions to optimize registrations, image reviews, and content management.
  • Drive community growth by attending Mustang shows, engaging clubs on social, and delivering live/online presentations.
  • Lead storytelling initiatives including owner features, event coverage, newsletters, and club/event information updates while ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.
  • Coordinate newsletters and email marketing communications to support engagement and program growth.
  • Develop additional strategies for continued growth of the site.
  • Generate weekly status reports covering site growth and event results.
  • Coordinate agendas, meetings and select client planning sessions.
  • Support Mustang Enthusiast Communications and Outreach Specialist with Mustang club and event updates on the Ford Performance Club Connect website.
  • Adhere to ISO 9001 and all other company policies, procedures and processes.
  • Assist account staff with research, planning and implementation of client activities and projects.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of marketing, digital communications, community management, or related experience
  • College degree (Bachelor's) or in the process of obtaining one
  • Automotive market and vehicle line knowledge, with emphasis on Mustang and other high-performance/collectible vehicles
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and writing skills
  • Website content management and general computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Extensive social media knowledge and experience
  • Ability to interact comfortably with event attendees and speak to an audience
  • Light-to-medium travel required (8-12 events/year), including some weekends/evenings
  • A valid driver's license and clear driving record

Preferred

  • Experience with website content management systems, social media platforms, and event coordination is strongly preferred.
