Responsibilities
- Represent brands and charitable campaigns at community events and promotional activations
- Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
- Assist with event setup, campaign execution, and day-to-day promotional activities
- Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement through face-to-face interaction
- Deliver clear and engaging campaign messaging to event attendees
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals and performance targets
- Maintain a positive, polished, and professional presence throughout events
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, promotions, sales, or events (candidates tend to do well), though full training provided.
- Outgoing, dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable interacting with the public in fast-paced settings.
