Job Summary

Own end-to-end social content creation for sports storytelling, including multi-platform short-form videos and live-event coverage, with a strong design standard and fast iteration on trends.

  • Content Creation: Lead end-to-end social assets across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, X and emerging platforms.
  • Quality & Execution: Maintain platform-native, high-visual-standard graphics with rigorous pre-publish review.
  • Collaboration & Trends: Align with strategists, producers, and league operators to identify timely content opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design high-impact social graphics that support Overtime's leagues, franchises, tentpole events, athlete storytelling, and partner campaigns.
  • Create social-first creative assets including stat graphics, schedules, rankings, announcements, highlight graphics, memes, carousels, branded content, and marketing assets.
  • Maintain a high visual standard while ensuring all graphics are platform-native and optimized for engagement.
  • Shoot, edit, and publish original social content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Produce content from concept to completion, including ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, graphic design, and publishing support.
  • Edit a high volume of short-form content including highlights, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, mic'd up moments, podcasts, branded content, and event coverage.
  • Pitch creative concepts, social formats, and content ideas that can drive engagement, growth, and conversation.
  • Stay on top of trends, platform updates, athlete storylines, and internet culture.
  • Work closely with social strategists, producers, editors, and league operators to identify content opportunities.
  • Review content before publishing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
