Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content on TikTok, IG, Facebook and LinkedIn using a provided content calendar
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and grow follower counts across platforms
• Support the launch and growth of an email list, including drafting simple campaigns and managing subscribers
• Track performance metrics and share weekly updates on what’s working
• Bring fresh ideas for content that resonates with our audience of professional women in corporate environments

Requirements

• Active user of TikTok, IG, Facebook and LinkedIn who understands what drives engagement on each platform
• Strong written communication skills — concise, warm, and professional
• Familiarity with the scheduling tool Buffer (or similar)
• Basic experience with email platforms - Mailchimp
• Self-starter who can meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
