Designing carousels that people actually save and send to their group chat
Drafting captions in each client's voice with hooks that stop the scroll
Creating and posting weekly stories for your accounts
Engagement and community management: responding to DMs, comments, and tagged posts, reposting stories, building real community (not just emoji replies), and surfacing anything important to the team
Scheduling content across client calendars in Rella
Tracking performance of individual posts and campaigns so we know what's working
Weekly check-ins with the team, where you'll report on your accounts' metrics
Quality control on everything you touch. If it wouldn't go in your own portfolio, it doesn't ship.
You’ll start with one to two accounts and grow your load from there as you find your rhythm.
From day one, you’re working toward Account Manager : leading client calls, building shot lists, running content days, and owning the strategy so it actually matches the client’s business.
Social Media Manager → Account Manager → Client-Facing Strategist. The step up is earned by owning quality end-to-end, communicating in a way that's client-ready, and showing us you see the strategy behind the posts. When you get there, your pay grows with the role.

Requirements

A strong creative eye and a sense for matching a brand's essence on social
Sharp copywriting instincts: you can match a brand voice and write with personality (no copying and pasting straight from ChatGPT!)
Proficiency in Canva
Comfort editing short-form video (CapCut, Edits by Instagram)
Resourceful, proactive, and clear in communication
Attention to detail that keeps content high-quality and execution error-free
A collaborative mindset, you’ll be creating alongside a team
You receive and apply feedback without taking it personally (we move fast, communicate directly, and always come from a place of growth!)
