Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and schedule daily posts on Instagram and Facebook for each company, using Canva, Meta Business Suite, and AI tools.
Post and refresh listings on Facebook Marketplace for vehicles and available properties.
Post property listings on Zillow, Apartments.com, LoopNet, Craigslist, and similar sites, and keep them current.
Update and maintain our company websites: new listings, photos, pages, and basic SEO.
Answer inquiries quickly and professionally, qualify leads, and send hot leads to the owner the same day.
Keep a lead tracker in Google Sheets.
Edit photos and short videos (Reels) of vehicles and properties.
Run and monitor paid ad campaigns on Meta (a plus, not required).
Send a short weekly report covering posts, live listings, leads, and what’s working.

Requirements

2+ years of social media or digital marketing experience. Real estate, auto dealership, or healthcare marketing experience is a strong plus.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Marketplace, and Google Sheets.
Website experience (WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace).
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for captions and listings.
Organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred

Real estate, auto dealership, or healthcare marketing experience is a strong plus.
