Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos (:15s to 2:00m) for all owned social channels and paid media, filling the content calendar with engaging B-roll, trends, personality clips, and brand integrations.
• Bring videos to life through fast-turnaround editing, custom motion graphics, sound design/effects, trending audio, and platform-optimized subtitles.
• Format and deliver platform-native video assets tailored specifically for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, e-commerce (including Weverse), and email marketing.
• Shoot and edit high-quality long-form videos (5:00-30:00+ minutes) for owned social channels such as YouTube, filling the content calendar with engaging programming. Examples include: Day in the life vlogs, making of/BTS videos, group challenges/activities/travel, performance-focused videos and longer episodic pieces/documentaries.
• Bring videos to life through high quality production, fast-turnaround editing, custom motion graphics, sound design/effects, and platform-optimized subtitles.
• Format and deliver platform-native video assets tailored specifically for YouTube.
• Work closely with the Art Directors to execute exact visual guidelines, including lighting styles, camera framing, color profiles, and overall aesthetic direction.
• Brainstorm and pitch fresh, culturally relevant content ideas and act quickly on emerging social trends, audio formats, and digital subcultures.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing partners to ensure video output ladders up to broader monthly content calendars and brand goals.
• Maintain the organization, inventory, and operational readiness for the production

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of hands-on video shooting, editing, and social content creation for a brand, music artist, digital media publisher, or creative agency.
• Proficient with mirrorless and digital cinema cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic) as well as mobile shooting setups, with a solid grasp of lighting, composition, and field audio capture.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro; proficiency in After Effects, CapCut, and platform-native editing tools is highly valued.
• A strong portfolio or social reel highlighting high-engagement short-form videos, creative pacing, motion graphics, sound integration, and strong visual aesthetics.
• Deep, native understanding of short-form social video formats, algorithms, and trend lifecycles across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and thriving in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively with artists on tour, on set, and for off-site appearances.
