Drive social content for a DTC skincare brand, owning day-to-day posting, trend-spotting, and community engagement.

Own social publishing and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Must-have: 3+ years managing social for a beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brand.
Standout: Collaboration with a graphic designer and a capable video editor to iterate quickly.

Review inbound social messages daily, respond to basic questions, and escalate more nuanced conversations when needed
Track relevant trends, memes, formats, and cultural moments for the founders to react to
Engage with our community through thoughtful commenting and replies
Manage our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
Publish content across core social platforms
Make quick-turn video edits in CapCut when needed, or coordinate with our editor
Help manage UGC workflows
Support affiliate relationships and outbound outreach to potential ambassadors
Support high-level growth planning and social execution
Ideate new content concepts and campaign angles

Have 3+ years of experience managing social for a DTC beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brand
Fluent in English
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms
Passionate about skincare and health
Comfortable translating scientific concepts into clear, engaging, digestible content
Able to edit simple videos yourself, and work seamlessly with our REYS video editor

Experience drafting scripts, jumping on trends, and creating social media strategy
Experience managing affiliate relationships or outbound outreach to ambassadors
Experience with Canva for thumbnails and simple carousels
Experience collaborating with a video editor or CapCut proficiency
