Social Media Strategist

Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy
• Create and Manage Content
• Manage Community Engagement
• Analyze Performance and Report Results
• Identify Trends and Optimize Performance
• Social Media Strategy & Management
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars for all five departments.
• Ensure brand consistency in voice, visuals, and messaging across platforms.
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement; respond or route inquiries as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ year of social media management and content creation experience required.
• Strong photography and videography skills (including mobile content creation) required.
• Experience editing short-form video (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands/projects.
• Experience in aviation, travel, luxury services, or retail (preferred but not required).
• Physical Requirements: Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to use computers, smartphones, cameras, and other standard office and content-creation equipment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently communicate verbally and in writing and effectively review digital content, including photographs, video, graphics, and audio.

Preferred

• Experience in aviation, travel, luxury services, or retail (preferred but not required).
