Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the department with the strategic allocation of social media ad spend across various platforms.
  • Broaden the social media presence of our brands, including creating and managing new accounts on emerging platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Oversee existing platforms, ensuring vibrant and engaging content.
  • Produce and develop TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts, & Stories to craft compelling visual narratives for cross-platform sharing.
  • Conduct and manage influencer outreach across myriad platforms to bolster engagement and impressions across our brands.
  • Utilize video editing expertise to craft engaging content set to trending audio and other creative elements such as captions or memes.
  • Generate and schedule relevant social media content that aligns with and supports the company's broader initiatives, including linking to strategic content in bios.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to optimize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with department heads to share the most relevant and impactful content.
  • Provide timely customer service via social media messaging platforms.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management for a brand or company.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Collaborative spirit with a proactive mindset.
  • Proficient in video editing and content creation.
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to engage audiences and narrate brand stories.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
