Own the social content engine for client and WolfPack accounts with hands-on video creation, on-camera presence, and end-to-end publication across multiple platforms.

Platform-native content ownership: plan, film, and edit weekly short-form video while coordinating in-person shoots.
Channel tuning: track engagement, update hashtags and captions, and adjust strategy by platform and client needs.
Multi-client operations: manage client bios, branding, and reporting while maintaining communication across email, Meet, and calls.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day execution of WolfPack’s own social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Be the face of WolfPack’s short and long form video content by recording and starring in trending, educational, and behind-the-scenes content.
Plan, script, film, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) on a consistent weekly cadence.
Coordinate and lead in-person content shoot days with other WolfPack team members.
Track engagement metrics on WolfPack’s accounts and adjust content strategy accordingly.
Create and schedule engaging content for client social media platforms (posts, Reels, carousels, stories) using Canva and Social Pilot.
Research platform algorithms and trends to optimize content performance.
Build effective hashtag strategies and write engaging captions tailored to each platform.
Edit and optimize client bios and visual branding as needed.
Track engagement metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
High level of comfort being on camera for front-facing short-form video — this is essential to the role.
Willingness and availability to meet in person for content shoot days with other WolfPack team members.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Canva, Capcut, and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Audition).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage content across multiple clients.
Understanding of digital trends and content strategy for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
Ability to balance creativity with structure and meet performance deadlines.
