Job Summary

Own the social content pipeline across three brands with a hands-on role in production, on-camera presence, and creator coordination to drive consistent, channel-aware posting at scale.

  • Content production & workflow: manage tasks, timelines, approvals, and asset handoffs end-to-end.
  • On-camera & creative input: regularly appear on video and adapt voice within the strategist framework for three brands.
  • Platform & community cadence: publish to LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook; maintain the master calendar and respond in brand voice.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, assign, and maintain ClickUp tasks for the social team
  • Manage content pipelines and production timelines across all three brands
  • Coordinate with internal contributors to capture content, secure approvals, and keep production on schedule
  • Coordinate logistics for client and industry collaborations: drafting and circulating briefs, tracking deliverables, managing asset handoff, and keeping all parties aligned on timelines
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes so the workflow doesn't live in one person's head
  • Comfortable being on camera on a regular (roughly weekly) basis
  • Execute content briefs from our social strategist — creating content that's recognizably in our brand voice but brings your own creative spin
  • Bring your own ideas to the table; you'll have meaningful creative input within the strategist's framework
  • Adapt tone and style appropriately across the three brands (agency / media / founder)
  • Coordinate on-the-ground logistics for content recording days

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on social media experience (agency, in-house, or strong creator background)
  • Demonstrated experience publishing and managing content across multiple platforms and brands
  • Comfortable on camera with regular video content as part of your workflow
  • Strong written communication and a clear feel for brand voice across different contexts
  • Required hands-on experience with project management platforms — ClickUp, Monday, Trello, Asana, or similar
  • Proactive ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be assigned tasks, you see what needs to happen and run it
  • Detail orientation and follow-through
  • Comfort working with creative, opinionated personalities and front-line talent

Nice to have

  • Experience with social scheduling tools (Sprout, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
  • Video editing experience (CapCut, Descript, Premiere)
  • YouTube channel management experience
  • Familiarity with the legal industry, professional services marketing, or B2B media
  • Event social experience (live coverage, conference content) — directly relevant to PIMCON and PIM Summit
  • Experience supporting a founder/personal brand

Benefits

  • Fully Remote
  • Unlimited PTO
  • $100 Wellness Reimbursement Program
  • Quarterly training stipend for Professional Development
  • 401(k) with 3% Employer match (Safe Harbor)
  • 100% Employer-Paid Health Insurance

Rankings.io

5.0 Glassdoor

Founded in 2013, Rankings.io was purpose-built with one goal in mind: delivering exceptional results for attorneys without compromising on customer service. While SEO was a growing field at the time of Rankings’ inception, very few companies specialized in SEO for attorneys and law firms. As a result, Chris Dreyer’s nascent agency found itself operating within a relatively small pool, but against others who were just as hungry to grow as he was. We all know that the legal profession not only attracts, but also tests some of the most competitive people in our society. After all, it’s a business in which (much of the time) there can be only one winner. The parallels between the legal vertical and legal SEO were not lost on Chris. Rankings sharpened its edge and, within a few years, found its greatest successes in possibly the most cutthroat of all niches: marketing for personal injury law firms. As a result, in 2018, Rankings niched down further and made personal injury SEO their sole focus. If Rankings’ previously competitive niche had been like swimming with piranhas in a very small pool, moving to only working with personal injury attorneys was like the proverbial knife fight in a phone booth: fast-paced, dangerous, and with precious little margin for error. In the past five years of exclusively serving personal injury law firms, Rankings has honed their skills to a razor finish. They have taken on clients in some of the most ruthless markets in the country, and they’ve produced results there that make the phrase “return on investment” seem simply an inadequate description. As Rankings moves into its second decade in operation, it is opening its doors once again to prospective clients in all areas of the legal field. Soon, firms in every practice area will learn what personal injury lawyers already know: We are Rankings.io. We play the game to win.
