Responsibilities

• Develops monthly social media plan and campaigns with marketing/communications manager and development manager input.
• Creates and produces all social media content including graphic design, photos, writing and video editing.
• Coordinates all social media data collection, provides analytical evaluations and metrics, and develops improvement plans.
• Posts on all social media platforms daily and based on agreed-upon goals.
• Provides input on possible new social media platforms and opportunities for growth.
• Manages internal digital message boards via Carousel program.
• Assists with various marketing and communications tasks.

Requirements

• High-school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing or similar preferred.
• 1 year of digital media, marketing, communications, or similar experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience with a variety of social media platforms and a willingness to explore new platforms as they become available

Preferred

• Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) preferred.
