You will own the end-to-end social media and partner development workflow, from creating engaging short-form videos to posting regularly, tracking trends, handling customer questions, and building partnerships with local businesses and shipping agents.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and record engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Regularly post content and help grow our social media presence
Develop creative ideas for videos, promotions, advertisements, and other content
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for new content
Communicate with customers and respond to questions about our shipping services
Identify and contact local businesses and potential partners interested in offering or promoting our shipping services
Help develop relationships with new business partners and shipping agents
Assist with customer service and resolve basic shipping-related questions
Support daily office and shipping operations as needed
Work closely with management on marketing, sales, and operational initiatives

Requirements

Fluent in both English and Spanish
Comfortable appearing and speaking on camera
Creative, outgoing, and comfortable communicating with different people
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Customer service, sales, marketing, or social media experience is preferred
Experience creating short-form video content is a plus
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
