Responsibilities

• content strategy, filming, video editing and copywriting.
• take that raw material and turn it into ideas and formats that work on Instagram (reels, carousels, stories and other short-form social content).
• You won't do it alone. Our marketing team is a Head of Media and a Content Director, and you'll work closely with both to set social media strategy, plan the content calendar and get feedback.
• We batch filming into preset content days (video production and on-site shooting). These happen on-site in Jupiter, Florida. You'll need to be on site for those days.
• Everything else can be done from anywhere.
• admin stuff: scheduling, posting, ManyChat DM automations, tracking analytics and engagement, replying to comments, etc.
• Success for us is lead generation: the number of conversations we start with gym owners, not our follower count.
• You'll travel for our annual Two-Brain Summit and possibly other quarterly events.

Requirements

• You've grown an Instagram account before.
• You can edit vertical reels in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Instagram Edits or similar video editing software. Green screen, clip assembly, captions, etc.
• Your copywriting (captions and carousels) is clean enough that nobody has to fix it before it posts.
• You know ManyChat.
• And you live close enough to Jupiter that being on site for 1-2 filming days per week is not an issue.
• This is a full time W-2 position. The role requires being on-site in Jupiter at least 1 day per week.
