Responsibilities

  • Brainstorming social media content ideas
  • Creating short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
  • Filming content with clients
  • Editing short-form videos
  • Writing hooks, scripts, captions, and video concepts
  • Posting and scheduling content
  • Helping manage client social media accounts
  • Repurposing content across multiple platforms
  • Staying up to date with trends, sounds, formats, and social media culture
  • Organizing footage and content

Requirements

  • I'm looking for someone who *gets social media.*
  • You should be creative, dependable, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Ideally, you're someone who:
  • Uses TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube regularly
  • Understands what makes people stop scrolling
  • Has a good sense of humor and internet culture
  • Can recognize trends and turn them into content for brands
  • Is comfortable filming people and directing simple videos
  • Has experience editing short-form content
  • Can work independently without needing constant direction

Preferred

  • Experience with any of the following is a plus:
  • Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software
  • DSLR/mirrorless cameras
