Responsibilities

• Help manage the studio's Instagram account, including posting Reels, carousels, and daily Stories
• Create Stories that use engagement features such as polls, questions, and location tags
• Film short-form video and photo content in the studio and on set, including phone-shot, behind-the-scenes content
• Cut podcast episodes and long-form interviews into short clips, typically 15 to 30 seconds, built around a strong opening hook
• Edit clips with captions, dynamic framing, b-roll, and clean audio, and export them in 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 formats
• Repurpose and cross-post content to Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Research trending sounds, formats, and niche trends, and adapt them to the studio's brand
• Review Instagram analytics, including watch time, retention, reach, and engagement, and help report what is working
• Contribute ideas in content planning and strategy sessions
• Learn account best practices such as security settings, professional account setup, and account status checks

Requirements

• Active Instagram and short-form video users who understand how people watch and scroll
• Interested in social media management, content creation, video editing, marketing, or communications
• Interested in learning editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software
• Curious about analytics and what makes content perform
• Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled hours
• Willing to receive feedback and apply direction
• Able to communicate professionally with clients, guests, and colleagues

Preferred

• Comfort appearing on camera is a plus but not required
