Responsibilities

• Capture professional photo and video content on active job sites.
• Edit videos for social media, YouTube, website, and advertising campaigns.
• Develop creative ideas that highlight our projects, team, and company culture.
• Work directly with the owner to build and execute Liberty Concrete's branding strategy.
• Create marketing assets for our outside advertising agency to use in Google, Facebook, and other campaigns.
• Assist with social media planning, content scheduling, and community engagement.
• Help maintain a consistent brand across all marketing channels.
• Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.

Requirements

• Experience with videography, photography, and video editing.
• Strong eye for design, storytelling, and branding.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
• Comfortable working both in the office and on active construction sites.
• Willingness to learn the construction industry.
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to take initiative.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
