  • Build genuine relationships with real estate agents in the region — engage with their content, celebrate their wins, support their listings.
  • Create content that speaks to agents’ day‑to‑day: market trends, listing tips, community highlights, neighborhood spotlights.
  • Partner closely with our Business Developers in these markets to amplify their work and showcase the closing teams behind them.
  • Cover local events, agent gatherings, broker opens, and community happenings — both for content and for relationship‑building.

Requirements

  • 2+ years managing social media for a brand, agency, or business.
  • Strong instincts for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok — and a sense of how each platform performs differently.
  • Excellent written communication with a natural ability to shift between professional, friendly, and conversational tones.
  • Comfortable shooting and editing short‑form video on your phone (you don’t need to be a videographer, but you should be confident in the field).
  • Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut or Premiere, and basic photo editing tools.
  • Self‑starter mindset — this role has a lot of room to be shaped by the person in it.

Preferred

  • Real estate, title, or mortgage industry experience — or a strong willingness to get up to speed quickly.
  • An existing network of contacts in the DC, Bethesda, or Howard County real estate community.
  • Experience running paid or boosted social campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), or similar marketing automation tools.
