Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals
• Assess and evaluate social media calendars across business units to determine the best-fit content for master brand channels
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the master-brand social content calendar
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok
• Manage daily social media operations, including content scheduling and posting
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster audience engagement
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
• Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders to produce high-quality content
• Partner with internal teams to amplify campaigns, events, and key initiatives
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading social media strategies for a brand, preferably in a B2B or corporate environment
• Proven experience in developing and implementing social media campaigns and strategies
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native insights
• Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements
• Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
