Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all business units.
Direct overall brand positioning, messaging, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Identify new growth opportunities through data and market research.
Manage annual and campaign-specific marketing budgets.
Digital Marketing
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Manage conversion tracking and attribution using:

Requirements

Understanding, experience, or interest in motorcycles and the powersports industry.
4+ years of professional marketing experience or a comparable bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
