Job Summary

Own multi-facet early-stage growth and product experiments for a home-services marketplace, collaborating across partnerships, onboarding, ops, and founder-led initiatives to drive customer acquisition and marketplace scaling.

Growth & Acquisition: Own referrals, partnerships, and user-acquisition programs to grow the customer base.
Product & Development: Lead app testing, UX improvements, and automation-driven product initiatives.
Founder-led Projects: Partner directly with the founder on high-priority initiatives and startup ops.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Growth & Customer Acquisition: Grow the marketplace customer base through outreach, partnerships, referrals, and user acquisition programs.
Product, Design & Development: Run app testing, UX improvements, development, automation tools, and product initiatives.
Sales & Business Development: Support onboarding of tradespeople, partnerships, and marketplace growth.
Operations & Strategy: Support internal operations, research, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
Marketing & Brand: Create content, assist campaigns, and build the FIX-IT brand across digital channels.
Founder’s Office & Special Projects: Work with the founder on high-priority projects, startup ops, and events.
