Responsibilities

• The intern will assist in managing and growing Tenpo's social media presence by creating engaging content, driving audience engagement, and supporting general digital marketing efforts.
• Key responsibilities include crafting effective posts, contributing to marketing campaigns, monitoring social media trends, and assisting with analytics to improve strategy and performance.

Requirements

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience or knowledge in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication skills and ability to connect with online audiences
• Knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver consistent brand messaging
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Enthusiasm for content creation and an eagerness to learn in the fast-paced tech/startup environment
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
