Responsibilities

Support the Strategy: Assist with local lead generation, social media channel management, and content creation for Superior Roofing Company.
Build a Personal Brand: Work right alongside ownership to help develop, film, and execute a personal branding strategy, learning how to position corporate leadership as industry authorities.
Execute & Analyze: Help track campaign performance across our primary social channels, brainstorm creative marketing concepts, and see the direct local impact of your work.

Requirements

A strong desire to learn local business marketing, content creation, and digital strategy.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and a keen interest in video editing or content production.
A proactive mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Must be local to the Scottsdale/Phoenix metro area for hybrid, on-site collaboration.
