Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and publish short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Ideate, shoot, edit, and publish content — turning raw footage into viral moments, recreating high-performing ad formats, and producing content that drives installs, engagement, and genuine brand love
Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute fresh, trend-aware ideas
Study audience engagement to understand what’s working and why
Collaborate with the founding team on brand voice and platform strategy

Requirements

Deep understanding of short-form storytelling — hooks, pacing, retention, and CTAs
Confident filming and talking on camera
Clear written and spoken communication
Confident using TikTok and Instagram for brand growth
Quick idea generation and execution
Strong command of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or equivalent)
Interest in founders, startups, business, AI, and product storytelling

Preferred

Bonus: experience with creators, viral formats, or high-performing posts
