• We’re now building a brand-new, non-sports app, and we need a creator who can help us tell that story.

About the Role

• We’re looking for a confident on-camera creator who lives and breathes short-form video and knows how to stop the scroll on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• You will ideate, shoot, edit, and publish content — turning raw footage into viral moments, recreating high-performing ad formats, and producing content that drives installs, engagement, and genuine brand love.

What You'll Do

•    Create and publish short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

•    Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute fresh, trend-aware ideas

•    Study audience engagement to understand what’s working and why

•    Collaborate with the founding team on brand voice and platform strategy

Qualifications

•    Deep understanding of short-form storytelling — hooks, pacing, retention, and CTAs

•    Confident filming and talking on camera

•    Clear written and spoken communication

•    Confident using TikTok and Instagram for brand growth

•    Quick idea generation and execution

•    Strong command of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or equivalent)

•    Interest in founders, startups, business, AI, and product storytelling

•    Bonus: experience with creators, viral formats, or high-performing posts

•    Natural on-camera presence with fun, positive energy and authenticity

•    Trend-aware and always experimenting with new formats and sounds

•    Curious about AI tools for editing, captions, motion tracking, and testing

•    Data-curious — you want to know why a video worked, not just that it did

•    Thrives in fast, iterative, and collaborative environments

Compensation & Perks

•    $200/week stipend for the Full Time 8-month internship
