Responsibilities

• Assist the local project manager in executing lead generation campaigns, updating data/CRM, producing customer service collateral, and delivering major events.
• Utilize social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s and clients’ brands.
• Collaborate with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders through the company’s social media accounts.
• Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy, identifying strategic weaknesses, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Research social media trends and inform management of changes relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and measure performance against these KPIs.

Requirements

• Pursuing or possessing a recognized marketing qualification.
• Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit or other social media channels.
• Familiarity with social media management tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and common desktop applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Available at least 3 days per week.
• Deliver work efficiently and result-driven.
• FLUENT IN ENGLISH

Preferred

• Experience in conducting successful marketing campaigns is preferred.
• Demonstrable events management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and interest in Fashion, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Real Estate industries.
