Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule social media posts for platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other company-approved channels.
  • Assist with taking photos and videos of employees, company events, recruitment activities, community involvement, and workplace culture.
  • Help develop content that highlights Alsum’s values, departments, job opportunities, and employee stories.
  • Support recruitment marketing by creating posts for open positions and hiring events.
  • Assist with writing captions, short employee spotlights, announcements, and event summaries.
  • Help maintain a professional and consistent company brand across social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media engagement and assist with tracking basic analytics such as likes, shares, comments, and post reach.
  • Assist with creating flyers, graphics, and simple marketing materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership to promote employee appreciation, safety, training, and company events.
  • Ensure all content is professional, respectful, and aligned with company policies and values.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or currently pursuing a degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, Graphic Design, Agriculture, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok preferred.
  • Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, or basic design tools is helpful but not required.
