Responsibilities

• Keep our content library organized (photos, videos, captions, drafts — everything easy to find)
• Schedule and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Research trends, sounds, and content formats to spark new ideas
• Help write captions, stories, and light copy in each brand’s voice
• Support brand projects (moodboards, launches, creative planning, etc.)
• Track timelines, assets, and deliverables so projects don’t fall behind
• Help with scheduling, reminders, and light admin support
• Keep team boards updated in Notion or Asana
• Follow up with team members or clients when needed

Requirements

• Canva, Notion, Asana, and Google Drive

• Stay current on social trends and think creatively
• Communicate clearly and professionally (especially when plans change)
• Take feedback well and use it to improve
• Take initiative — you don’t need to be reminded twice
