Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, CRM/database management, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
• Working knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design and video-editing software.
• Experience working with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or marketing automation tools.

Preferred

• Photography and videography experience is a major plus.
• Real estate marketing experience is helpful but not required.
• Understanding of digital advertising and Meta Ads Manager is strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing analytics is preferred.
