Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Creation
• Assist with creating, capturing, and scheduling content across the firm's social media platforms and Google Business Profiles.
• Photograph and film attorneys, staff, events, community involvement, local businesses, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Assist with Reels, short-form video, Canva graphics, captions, basic editing, and content organization.
• Help identify authentic, timely content opportunities that make our social presence feel local, personal, and community-driven.
• Community Outreach & B2B Relationship Development
• Represent Ashmore & Ashmore throughout Waxahachie, Terrell, and surrounding communities.
• Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, professionals, community organizations, and potential referral partners.
• Conduct in-person outreach, schedule introductions and meetings, and maintain consistent follow-up with referral relationships.
• Attend Chamber meetings, networking events, community functions, and other relationship-building opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, social media, communications, public relations, events, business development, sales, hospitality, or community relations is preferred.
• A marketing degree is not required.

• You should be someone who feels just as comfortable walking into a networking event and introducing yourself as you do creating a Reel or brainstorming a new marketing idea.

• Have a creative eye and naturally notice moments that would make great content.
• Are organized and good at following up and keeping track of relationships and projects.

• Bring energy, professionalism, and fresh ideas to the table.
