Responsibilities

• Film our crews installing Christmas lights, including behind-the-scenes footage, crew introductions, and project progress.
• Capture before-and-after photos, finished installations, and evening footage of homes with their lights on.
• Edit footage into engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, Facebook videos, and Stories.
• Manage our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts, keeping content consistent and organized.
• Plan a weekly content calendar, bring fresh ideas, write captions, and schedule and publish posts.
• Monitor comments and messages, answer basic questions, and pass quote requests to the owner.
• Track content performance and use what’s working to improve future posts.
• Coordinate filming with the owner and crew leaders and keep photos and videos organized for future use.

Requirements

• Examples of videos you have personally filmed and edited.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
• Ability to edit polished videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• A good eye for framing, lighting, pacing, and storytelling.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to travel reliably to local job sites and work around active installation crews.
• Availability for daytime filming and some evening shoots to capture completed light displays.
• Professional communication with our crews and customers.

Preferred

• Experience managing a business’s social media accounts is preferred.
