Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform and target audience
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of digital innovation
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce compelling content
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
