Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and curate engaging content (text, images, video) that resonates with our target audience and promotes brand awareness.
• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly posts to maintain an active social media presence.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new social media tools to ensure the company is always ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, PR, design) to align content and campaigns with broader business objectives.
• Organize and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and optimization.
• Build and manage a content calendar to ensure consistency and timely delivery of posts and promotions.
• Use social listening to engage with the community, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships with our audience.
