🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and curate engaging content (text, images, video) that resonates with our target audience and promotes brand awareness.
• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly posts to maintain an active social media presence.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new social media tools to ensure the company is always ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, PR, design) to align content and campaigns with broader business objectives.
• Organize and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and optimization.
• Build and manage a content calendar to ensure consistency and timely delivery of posts and promotions.
• Use social listening to engage with the community, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships with our audience.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong creativity and the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Solid knowledge of analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A customer-centric mindset and the ability to engage with online communities.
• Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Social Media certifications (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics) are a plus.
