Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Manage daily social media activities including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
• Create compelling visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance posts and campaigns
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity for actionable insights
• Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content discoverability and improve web analytics performance with Google Analytics
• Oversee public relations efforts by managing relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners to amplify brand messaging
• Coordinate personal assistance tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting preparations, and correspondence for executives
• Support e-commerce initiatives by managing product listings, promotional campaigns via Facebook Advertising, and analyzing campaign performance metrics

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management
• Proficiency in graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
• Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing best practices
• Skilled in using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring posts
• Ability to craft engaging content through photography, video editing, and proofreading
• Strong relationship management skills for public relations efforts and influencer collaborations
• Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and e-commerce platform integration for targeted promotions
• On-site work requirement (in person)
