Responsibilities

• This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager.
• The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media marketing strategies to build engagement and grow Palingo's online presence.
• In this role, daily tasks include managing and optimizing social media accounts, creating high-quality content, planning campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering community interactions.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging also forms a core part of this position.

Requirements

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to grow and maintain online engagement
• Strong Communication and Writing skills for creating compelling content and interacting with audiences
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Proficiency with analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize campaigns
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Preferred

• Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role is a plus
