Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day social media strategy and execution across Instagram and TikTok
- Build and manage the content calendar
- Plan, shoot, direct, and coordinate content with founders, team members, creators, and videographers
- Create and post high-quality short-form content, stories, reels, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Write strong captions and help refine the brand voice across platforms
- Stay ahead of trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments
- Develop content that drives excitement around the brand, opening, products, team, and lifestyle
- Begin building and managing Nude Miami’s entire social medial team
- Help shape the visual identity and social direction of Nude Miami
- Track performance and optimize based on what is actually working
Requirements
- 3+ years of social media management experience
- Strong experience growing Instagram and TikTok accounts for brands with taste
- Excellent eye for content, design, tone, and storytelling
- Confident on iPhone capture, content direction, and editing workflows
- Deep understanding of what performs on social
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to move quickly
- Miami-based preferred
- Experience in hospitality, wellness, food, fashion, beauty, or luxury lifestyle is strongly preferred
