Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Narrative Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-platform content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook) that drives engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Content Creation: Capture, create and manage raw, high-energy real-time content at games, competitions and events. You’ll turn those moments into high-quality and engaging content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.) that highlights our athletes, programs and community.
  • Community Management: Build a "digital village." Engage with parents, coaches, and athletes daily to foster a supportive and safe online environment.
  • Impact Storytelling: Work with our program leads to highlight scholarship recipients, coach and athlete spotlights, and "behind-the-scenes" foundation/facility work.
  • Growth & Analytics: Track what works. Use data to refine our voice, grow our follower base, and report on campaign success to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong passion for youth sports and community impact
  • Skilled in photography and videography (mobile + camera)
  • Proficiency with editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva)
  • A portfolio demonstrating video editing and creative copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of the youth sports landscape in Omaha and surrounding areas
  • Must have the ability to work evenings and weekends. This individual will travel to local, regional and national competitions.
