Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day social media activity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube on behalf of multiple client brands
Write, design, and schedule social content — posts, stories, reels, and ads — that reflect each client's voice and growth goals
Build and execute social media strategies designed to grow followers, boost engagement, and drive conversions
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions promptly and on-brand
Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments — and translate them into actionable strategy
Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

2–5 years of experience managing social media on behalf of clients at a digital or marketing agency
Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Proficiency with Later, Canva, and proficient familiarity with AI tools (Claude or similar)
Experience with Facebook Business Manager and social advertising (Facebook/Instagram ads)
Strong writing skills — you can adapt tone and voice across multiple brand personalities
Sharp eye for design, detail, and creativity
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously
