Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
• Develop and execute strategies designed to generate a high volume of qualified leads.
• Create and manage lead-generation campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
• Build, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Test different ads, audiences, offers, messaging, and creative to improve performance.
• Track lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase lead flow through both paid and organic marketing.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are being generated with quality and volume in mind.
• Social Media Management
• Developing and maintaining a consistent social media content calendar.

Requirements

• Proven experience generating leads through social media and digital advertising.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to generate high-volume leads.
• Advanced Canva skills.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Experience creating Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, and short-form content.
• Experience with animation and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content strategy.
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
• Strong copywriting and ability to write compelling hooks and calls-to-action.

Preferred

• Experience with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut Pro, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
