Job Description

Responsibilities

Content Planning & Strategy
Assist in developing monthly content calendars for each platform.Research popular trends, industry trends, audience interests, and competitor content.
Brainstorm creative ideas for posts, videos, stories, and campaigns.
Content Creation
Capture and edit photos and short-form videos.
Write sharp, engaging captions tailored to each platform that identify with our brand voice.
Clean up our Reels thumbnails across social for an aesthetic uniform look
Create simple graphics (using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.).
Ensure content aligns with brand voice and visuals.
Scheduling & Publishing

Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Social Media Manager, or similar role
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with social media scheduling software
Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics
Strong time-management and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
