Drive daily social content creation, scheduling, and channel management for EOA Basketball across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Own daily content across posts, reels, stories, and shorts for multiple platforms.
Must-have: Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and SMO, plus content strategy execution.
Standout: Direct collaboration with Ryan Powell on content, with NBA-level brand exposure.

Create and schedule daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — posts, reels, stories, and shorts
Manage community engagement: respond to comments, handle DMs, and maintain EOA's voice across all platforms
Assist with content planning using our 30-day editorial calendar
Coordinate with our filmers to organize and deploy training footage from Ryan Powell's sessions
Track platform analytics weekly — followers, reach, saves, shares — and report key trends to Ari
Help manage and grow the EOA email list using Mailchimp — drafting weekly newsletters
Support promotion of camps, clinics, merchandise drops, and subscription community launches
Assist with influencer and athlete content coordination when working with partners like Victor Oladipo
Stay current on social media trends in basketball, sports culture, and the NBA ecosystem
