  • Partner with PR, content, and investor relations to shape executive presence and cross-functional narratives.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Define and evolve a multi-year social strategy aligned to business priorities and brand positioning.
  • Establish governance across enterprise, segment, and executive channels for consistency and scale.
  • Anticipate trends and translate them into forward-looking strategies and competitive advantage.
  • Lead integrated campaign planning and own end-to-end social program direction for content ecosystems and audience engagement.
  • Architect audience-first strategies grounded in segmentation, insights, and social listening intelligence.
  • Oversee content direction across enterprise and segments with a differentiated voice supporting the nVent narrative.
  • Guide adoption of new formats and scalable content models to accelerate impact.
  • Advise ELT members and senior leaders on executive visibility, thought leadership, and platform engagement.
  • Translate complex social dynamics into actionable leadership insights for decision-making.
  • Shape executive presence externally to align with enterprise priorities and brand positioning.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Experience: 7–10+ years in social media, digital marketing, corporate communications, or public relations with enterprise-level strategy leadership
  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to translate business objectives into integrated, scalable social strategies
  • Executive Influence: Experience advising senior leaders on external presence and communications strategy
  • Analytical Acumen: Deep expertise in social analytics and performance measurement with business impact
  • Content & Brand Leadership: Strong editorial judgment and storytelling with brand voice understanding
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Ability to influence across global, matrixed organizations
