Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
• Monitor trends and adapt content to stay relevant and competitive
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Collaborate remotely with marketing, design, and content teams
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting
• Run and optimize paid social campaigns (if applicable)
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts or campaigns
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and analytics

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana)
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools)
• Experience with paid social advertising and influencer collaborations
